All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 24-48 hours ahead of the scheduled time.

3. Late Cancellations/No-Shows

If you cancel less than 24-48 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled session, you will forfeit your deposit. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you may be required to pay a new deposit to secure future appointments.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule. You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24-48 hours before the original appointment without losing your deposit.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have such a situation.
